SAFEWAKE Code of Conduct

Welcome to SAFEWAKE. This Code of Conduct sets forth the ethical principles, behavioral standards, and compliance requirements that govern all operations conducted by SAFEWAKE and its representatives. These provisions apply to all employees, partners, contractors, vendors, and franchisees operating under the SAFEWAKE name across Kuwait, UAE, KSA, and all future GCC regions.

1. Professional and Ethical Conduct

  • All business activities must be carried out with integrity, transparency, and fairness.
  • No employee or representative shall offer or accept any form of bribe, kickback, or improper payment.
  • SAFEWAKE selects vendors and partners solely on merit, price, service reliability, and alignment with our brand standards.

2. Customer Relations and Responsibilities

  • All customers are entitled to honest product representation, secure transactions, and consistent service.
  • Refund, shipping, and payment policies are publicly available and applied uniformly.
  • Customer service must be timely, respectful, and solution-oriented.

3. Data Use, Confidentiality, and Security

  • Personal data is collected, stored, and used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Payment information is processed via secure platforms (e.g., MyFatoorah) and not retained by SAFEWAKE.
  • Unauthorized access or misuse of customer or company data is grounds for termination and legal action.

4. Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Standards

  • SAFEWAKE complies with all applicable commercial, e-commerce, customs, tax, and data laws in every jurisdiction we operate.
  • International shipment, customs declarations, and pricing practices are conducted in full alignment with trade regulations.

5. Workplace Behavior and Internal Expectations

  • All employees are expected to uphold this Code and participate in internal ethics training.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct of any form is strictly prohibited.
  • Each team member must act in a manner that reinforces the trust placed in our brand.

6. Whistleblower and Incident Reporting

  • Any employee, customer, or external party may report violations via our customer support email in confidence.
  • SAFEWAKE commits to investigating all reports impartially, discreetly, and without retaliation.

7. Brand, IP, and Product Integrity

  • SAFEWAKE uses original designs, licensed brand materials (e.g., Hyperlite, HO Sports), and authorized product photography only.
  • Unauthorized use or duplication of any material on our platforms is subject to copyright action.

8. Risk Evaluation and Periodic Review

  • SAFEWAKE periodically reviews operations to identify risks related to compliance, fraud, data handling, and logistics.
  • Vendor approvals, new markets, and expansions are preceded by internal operational due diligence.

9. Enforcement and Modifications

  • This Code is enforceable by SAFEWAKE executive management. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
  • SAFEWAKE reserves the right to update or revise this Code of Conduct at any time, with or without notice.

10. Acknowledgement

By continuing to work with, represent, or conduct business through SAFEWAKE, all parties acknowledge and agree to adhere to the expectations outlined in this Code of Conduct.
